I had to explain to them that since some of the lights on the faulty string worked, that indicated the fuses on that light string were working and therefore troubleshooting fuses would be a waste of time. Listen, I never got the items because you messed up. We were then told that the only way we could receive the replacement was to donate our tree and send a receipt of the donation. No way to fix them.After wasting too much time troubleshooting, the only options they gave us were to return the tree and pay the shipping (upwards of $100 to return their defective product) and receive store credit, or submit a warranty claim, which requires "many" pictures and no timeline for response, so no replacement in time for Christmas.
